Brent Bonine is passionate about helping Sales Leaders make a greater impact for the organizations they serve. As Managing Director for Sales Insights, he brings a proven process to guide and mentor Sales Leaders as they manage their sales organizations. Sales Insights has a proven process that has averaged more than 40% growth and increased sales within 12 months of implementing their process. In addition, it helps the Sales Leader communicate sales in a language favorable to the CEO.
Brent has spent his entire career in the field of sales. For the past 20 years, he has held VP and Executive Director Sales Leadership positions in a several organizations in a variety of industries including; Financial Services, Information Technology, Construction and Technical Services, Training organizations and Marketing Service firms. This breadth of experience provides a unique understanding and knowledge of how to manage and direct sales organizations who are selling tangible and intangible products and services. As a Sales Leader for these companies he has built national sales organizations, led companies into new produce development opportunities and achieved significant revenue growth for the organizations he has served.
Brent also serves as the Regional Director for ProGrowth, a business development organization that helps service professionals build their practice in the marketplace.
He is the co-founder of the San Diego Sales Leadership Alliance – a professional development organization providing opportunities for sales leaders to connect and to learn more on key topics that impact their role in the organization.
Brent has been on the Board for the Center for Wealth & Legacy since July, 2011.
