He's young, and has an impressive background for a 34-year old. Ted Stearns’ experience began with Merrill Lynch 15 years ago and progressed as an options and futures trader with Archer Daniels Midland Company, the nation’s largest commodity futures trading company.
As a respected Financial Advisor, he was the host of “Money in the Morning with Ted Stearns”, a live radio show based in San Diego on AM 1000 KCEO for four years, speaking on topics like the capital markets, asset protection strategies, equity investing, insurance protection, succession planning for privately held businesses and debit and equity financing for businesses. "I received my first real hands on education of the capital markets with Merrill Lynch," says Stearns. "The experience at that young age gave me a genuine appreciation for the opportunities we have as Americans to follow our entrepreneurial instincts."
Mr. Stearns is the Chief Operating Officer of the Wealth Legacy Family of Companies, a San Diego based multi-disciplinary consortium which specializes in assisting families and closely held businesses with the growth, management, protection, distribution and legacy issues of their wealth, their business succession & "next stage" life strategies.
In addition to his responsibilities with the Wealth Legacy Group, Mr. Stearns is a Financial Advisor with Sterling Wealth Strategies, affiliated with The Guardian Life Company. He is a Registered Representative and Financial Advisor of Park Avenue Securities, (PAS).
