Tim Rafalovich is a 24-year wealth manager, merger and acquisitions EVP, business owner and Ph.D. candidate. He is Vice President, of the Community Lending and Investment Real Estate division of Wells Fargo Bank, overseeing a $1.2+ billion nationwide real estate, business and investment portfolio of assets.

The CLI group provides equity capital for economic development, job creation and affordable housing through Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTCs), Historic Tax Credits and New Markets Tax Credits (NMTCs).

Tim previously served as a Vice President, Wealth Specialist for Wells Fargo Bank where he provided personal asset management including stocks, bonds, real estate as well as trust services such as estate planning review, legacy planning and corporate trustee work to high net worth families in order to build, manage, preserve and transition family and individual wealth. Prior to joining Wells Fargo Bank, Tim served as Vice President at CitiGroup with responsibility over 50 employees and a $1.8 Billion P&L.

He serves on several corporate and non-profit boards, including the San Diego opera.
